Pat Coomber-Wood joined CANOSN in August 2016.

Pat is committed to helping people build resilience and effectively manage life stressors that result in poor mental wellbeing or ill health.

With a professional background in health services, Pat has worked in the voluntary sector since 2001. Pat supported Restore, an Oxfordshire mental health charity, to become a nationally recognised recovery service and she started the Oxfordshire Recovery College. She was also one of the first trainers to deliver Mental Health First Aid in Oxfordshire, and contributed to the formation of the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership prior to joining Citizens Advice.

Pat has a MSc focused in Health and Social Care Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Pat is married, lives in Banbury and volunteers as a Guide leader.
